What are the technical requirements for live streaming?

Technical requirements and browser support For the best user experience, we recommend using Google Chrome when running live stream classes. If you're using a mobile device, we recommend iOS Safari or Chrome for Android. If you are using an iOS device, you must disable the pop-up blocker. Here's how to do that: Go to Settings > Safari. In the General section, tap the Block Pop-ups toggle. It will turn white to indicate it's turned off.

If using Wi-Fi we recommend:

If the computer you're using is far from your modem or router, consider purchasing a Wi-Fi range extender. Make sure the one you purchase is able to pass through at least 10 mbps of upload speed.

• Switch to a different Wi-Fi band: If you're using the 2.4 GHz connection, try the 5 GHz connection instead (or vice versa). The 2.4 GHz band has a higher range but less speed, while the 5 GHz band has a lower range but higher bandwidth. You might try out both to see which works best for your setup.

• Note: The 2.4 GHz connection overlaps with electrical devices. If there are devices (like microwaves) nearby, we recommend that you use only the 5 GHz connection.
